Oklahoma Sooners survives a scare against the Cowboys.

It’s not called Bedlam for no reason. A back and forth game for most of the game and it looked like Oklahoma State was going to pull off the upset. Oklahoma came back and tied the game with only 4 seconds left in the game. The Oklahoma defense held Oklahoma State to a field goal and the Sooners answered with an 18 yard run by Brennan Clay to win 51-48. That keeps Oklahoma alive for a Big 12 Title and BCS bowl berth.

9 bowl eligible teams in the Big 12.

9 out of the 10 teams in the Big 12 are bowl eligible. That is one hell of an accomplishment for the Big 12. Baylor officially became bowl eligible with an overtime win over Texas Tech at Cowboys Stadium. The Big 12 might ot have a real dominant team in the conference, but the conference is filled with some very good teams that makes it tough week in and week out in the Big 12. I wouldn’t be shocked if the Big 12 went 7-2 or 8-1 in the Bowl season.
