According to multiple sources around Arkansas State and Texas, Arkansas State will name Texas Offensive Coordinator Bryan Harsin as their head coach.

Now this makes sense from both sides. For Bryan Harsin, he wants to be a head coach. Not only are you taking over for a program that has won 19 games the last 2 season and the last 2 coaches both got SEC head coaching jobs. For Arkansas State, you get a guy with a proven offensive background that might stay for a few years and coach the Red Wolves to a few more Sun Belt Conference titles.
