In anticipation of the 2013 college football season, Hook’em Headlines will be releasing their preseason college football top 25. Today, we release No. 20-16

Preseason College Football Top 25: Number 25-21

20. TCU Horned Frogs

Predicted W-L record: 8-4

TCU finished the season strong in the Big 12 by beating Texas on Thanksgiving and by almost beating the Oklahoma Sooners in the regular season finale. The Horned Frogs weren’t able to capitalize on their late season success by losing to Michigan State in the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl (yes, that is really a bowl game). The Horned Frogs have Casey Pachall returning to the team and will be the starter but I am not on the bandwagon that the Horned Frogs will be Big 12 champions.
