Texas RB Joe Bergeron shoots down transfer rumors – Burnt Orange Nation

BON’s Wescott Eberts reads Joe Bergeron’s denial as a “non-denial” of sorts, but I find it difficult to believe Bergeron would leave right before his senior year. Unless of course he’s already received his degree (thus allowing him to transfer without missing a year), it’s a little late for a change of scenery.

Johnny Manziel trolls Charlie Strong, Texas on Instagram (Photo) – FanSided

In full disclosure, I found JFF’s Instagram message to be pretty humorous. Longhorns fans should hope that Charlie Strong takes the rib poking in stride.

Texas signees anxious for big move – ESPN

The “big move” referenced in the title is the physical relocation to Austin. In the words of soon-to-be Longhorns quarterback Jerrod Heard, “June 3… it’s showtime.”

Another Texas visit for USC transfer QB Max Wittek – Burnt Orange Nation

Because there’s no timetable for a decision, Max Wittek’s commitment could come at any time before summer practice. The fact that Wittek decided to take a second look at Austin heavily suggests that Texas is the favorite to win his services.
