Texas has sought to bring in Kendall Sheffield, the 5-11 180-pound cornerback rated five stars by all the scouting services, for a visit to the 40 acres. While the trip may not be enough to convince Sheffield not to go to A&M (the school he’s believed to be leaning towards), any face time with him is time well spent for Charlie Strong and his staff.
