As far as such signal callers go, Allen Thigpen qualifies as a “late bloomer,” having grown three inches since his high school graduation. While such players are very hit or miss, you never know when a guy who’s grown so much physically will turn into the next Aaron Rodgers. I wouldn’t bet on that happening here, but you never know.
