When it comes to the ACC, the Horns have the best record against the Pittsburgh Panthers.
The two teams most recently played in 1995 when quarterback James Brown led Texas to an 11-point victory over Pitt.
Texas took down Georgia Tech in 1943 and the Horns defeated Wake Forest during the 1973 season in a resounding 41-0 victory.

The Texas Longhorns took down their little brother down the road when the UTSA Roadrunners visited Austin.
UTSA and UT are scheduled to face off once again in non-conference play at the beginning of the 2024 season when the Roadrunners return to DKR Memorial Stadium.

Texas is about to storm into Ann Arbor for the second-ever matchup between the two teams.
Less than two decades ago, the Wolverines and Horns shared a field when legendary Vince Young helped Texas defeat Michigan.
The Longhorns were inching toward their National Championship win against USC and the Wolverines wouldn't stand in their way. Texas walked away with a 38-37 win over Michigan.
The Horns and Wolverines will play on Sept. 7, 2024 at 11 a.m. CT.
Texas football vs. Conference USA

Conference USA has earned a spot on the big stage in recent years as programs like New Mexico State and Liberty earn top-25 rankings.
However, Texas holds four of the C-USA teams to zero wins a piece. Against the NMSU Aggies, the Horns can boast a 5-0 overall record.
Even more impressively, Texas has a 6-0 record against the UT-El Paso Miners. In 2020, the Horns defeated UTEP 59-3, allowing the Miners just one field goal.

Texas football vs. SEC

Texas is preparing to make the powerhouse conference its new home. As the Horns head to the SEC, there are just two opponents that the team has yet to lose to.
The last time the Longhorns played either the Kentucky Wildcats or Florida Gators was more than 70 years ago but the matchups are set to start again.
Texas is scheduled to play against Kentucky on Nov. 23 of this season after facing Florida just two weeks earlier.
Texas football vs. Sun Belt

The Longhorns demolished UL-Monroe when Texas hosted the Warhawks in 2022. The two teams are scheduled to face each other again at the beginning of the 2024 season.
Against Arkansas State, the Horns eked out a 21-13 win in 2007. The two teams are scheduled to play against one another in the foreseeable future so Texas will get to boast its undefeated streak for a while longer.
