D’Onta Foreman

Foreman has been Texas’ best running back this season and he did not disappoint on Saturday. The sophomore had his second straight 100 yard rushing day, highlighted by a 81-yard rumble to end the third quarter. He only had nine carries, but he made the most of his limited playing time.

He is quickly becoming a fixture in the backfield, at least he should be. For whatever reason Strong and Jay Norvell continue to feature Jonathan Gray. The offense seems to move better when Foreman is toting the rock. It’s only a matter of time before we see a changing of the guard as Gray steps aside for Foreman to be the workhorse this team needs.
