Offensive Line

OL Junior Angilau (0 GP): The Salt Like City, TX, native was a four-star product ranked 125th nationally and 10th in the country at his position. Most offensive linemen do go through a redshirt season, and because of how well and healthy Texas football has been up front there has been no room for Angilau.

OL Rafiti Ghirmai (0 GP): Ghirmai is a Frisco, TX, native and another redshirt freshman tackle. He was the 21st ranked OT out of high school.

OL Christian Jones (0 GP): The 56th ranked offensive tackle from Cyprus, TX, has not touched the field this season adding yet another offensive linemen to the redshirt cycle.

OL Reese Moore (0 GP): The 20th ranked offensive tackle out of Seminole, TX, has not yet appeared in a game this season. Like Angilau, Ghirmai, and Jones, there was just no need for Moore to play this year.

OL Denzel Okafor (1 GP): Okafor is in his third season in the program, and after playing in 12 games last season (four starts) he was passed up in the preseason on the offensive line. Okafor is a good backup piece as he can play all over the line. He will be granted a redshirt for this season, but if he is not used again next season, don’t be surprised if he graduated and walked away.
