Other watchable bowl games

Most of the best bowl games, outside of the New Year’s Six, involves Big 12 teams. The offensive factor always adds the excitement that most college football fans in the nation look for when they’re not watching their team during the postseason.

It’s hard to pass on the Camping World Bowl and Alamo Bowl as the two best non-New Year’s Six Bowl games. In the Camping World Bowl, the Syracuse Orange will battle the West Virginia Mountaineers in a matchup of top 20 teams. The Alamo Bowl pits the Iowa State Cyclones and Washington State Cougars in a game that looked like it could possibly be a New Year’s Six Bowl three weeks back.

The other bowl game that involves a Big 12 team that promises a lot of excitement is the Liberty Bowl. Any time the Big 12 faces a team from the SEC, the entertainment value is going to deliver. The Oklahoma State Cowboys take on the Mizzou Tigers in the Liberty Bowl on New Year’s Eve. That gives the Big 12 three non-New Year’s Six Bowls that are huge.

A few of the other bowl games that promise a good entertainment value includes the Music City Bowl, Gator Bowl, and Citrus Bowl. The Citrus Bowl involves the highest ranked non-New Year’s Six Bowl matchup between the Penn State Nittany Lions and Kentucky Wildcats. The Gator Bowl should also be fun for Texas football fans since it has the Texas A&M Aggies taking on the NC State Wolfpack.
