Reese’s Senior Bowl: 15 2019 NFL Draft prospects worth watching

Some of the 2019 NFL Draft prospects worth watching the most in the 2019 Reese’s Senior Bowl aren’t necessarily at the top of everyone’s draft board.

The 2019 NFL Draft is going to be here before we know it and the Reese’s Senior Bowl is going to be one of the most important events in the process leading up to it. This 2019 Senior Bowl is split up between the North Team and the South Team. Both of the former Texas football standouts will be competing for the North Team.

The two players from the Texas football program that are set to compete in this year’s Senior Bowl this coming weekend include breakthrough defensive end Charles Omenihu and athletic cornerback Kris Boyd. There were a few former Texas football players competing in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl and East-West Shrine Game last weekend.

Those former Texas football players participating in the NFLPA Bowl and the Shrine Game included offensive tackle Calvin Anderson, offensive guard Patrick Vahe, tight end Andrew Beck, and defensive tackle Chris Nelson. There’s a good number of Texas alumni vying for solid positioning in the 2019 NFL Draft. This is just the start of the scouting events and showcase games leading up to the 2019 NFL Draft.

This 2019 Reese’s Senior Bowl promises a ton of action, loaded rosters, and good insight into some of the 2019 NFL Draft class on both sides of the ball. It kicks off at 1:30 p.m. CT on Jan. 26 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, AL (home of the South Alabama Jaguars).
