A big day for the 2019 Texas football recruiting class on National Signing Day tomorrow would qualify if it lands one big time commitment.

A realistic prospect for the 2019 Texas football recruiting class to haul in during National Signing Day is the nation’s top 2019 JUCO inside linebacker and a former commit of the Tennessee Volunteers. On National Signing Day tomorrow (Feb. 6), all eyes of the Texas football fan base should be on the commitment decision of one of the most talented JUCO prospects for this entire recruiting cycle.

Four-star Dodge City C.C. product and Vidalia, GA, native linebacker Lakia Henry has a looming commitment and signing decision that could have a major impact on the outlook of the front seven for Texas football this coming season.

There is no set in stone time for the commitment announcement of Henry that is nationally televised or anything like that. But, he’ll have to give his pledge to one of his presumed finalists at some point on Feb. 6 (National Signing Day).

Moreover, Henry took a recent visit to Texas football this past weekend that could help sway his decision tomorrow. Henry was active on social media after his official visit to the Forty Acres. That is a good sign for this Texas football recruiting class to try and pass up the SEC competition for his final decision.

Some of the presumed finalists for the commitment for Henry includes the Arkansas Razorbacks, Ole Miss Rebels, Texas football, and the Auburn Tigers. It seems to be far from a set decision for Henry when he makes his commitment tomorrow.

Here’s a look at the three reasons why the former Tennessee Volunteers JUCO ILB four-star commit Lakia Henry should commit to the Texas Longhorns 2019 football recruiting class on National Signing Day.
