This might seem like the biggest reach of all the quarterbacks on this list, but the physical tools that the former Buffalo Bulls standout Tyree Jackson brings to the table makes him a very intriguing prospect. There is some type of chance that Jackson could switch positions, but more than likely he could thrive under center.

Depending on the system that he lands in, Jackson could thrive as a dual-threat quarterback that has a similar frame to that of Carolina Panthers’ Cam Newton. Jackson does have a strong arm, but the inconsistencies he showed over his final two months at Buffalo is the main concern for his scouting profile.

Especially if Jackson is handed a dynamic primary receiver, or supporting cast at the skill positions in general, he’ll get the opportunity to develop into a stud in the NFL. He showed us all what he could do when he had a wide receiver at the Group of Five level as talented as Anthony Johnson.

Johnson himself is likely to fall as a second round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. On the other hand, Jackson could be a diamond in the rough in the later rounds of this draft like Grier despite this being such a thin quarterback class. Landing in a situation where he could develop for a year or two and refine his inconsistencies is ideal for Jackson.
