Keaontay Ingram, Running Back

As a player that is still relatively new to the scene for the Texas football program, rising sophomore running back Keaontay Ingram already made a big name for himself. He totaled more than 750 yards from scrimmage in his first year in a Texas uniform to go along with more than five total touchdowns.

An individual Game of Thrones character that is also new to the scene for the show in Season Eight is Gendry. As a part of House Baratheon, Gendry doesn’t come from the most likable origins on the show. What makes him so likable in the end is how he asserts himself with the heroes of the North this season.

Moreover, Ingram didn’t come onto the Forty Acres with a clear role carved out for himself. He was a fairly highly touted former five-star 2018 signee that needed to assert himself to earn more carries out of the backfield ahead of a few running backs more experienced than him and a former Cal Golden Bears graduate transfer.

The so called “Queen of the Seven Kingdoms” already named Gendry a Lord in this season. Both Ingram and Gendry are good at what they do and have a bright future ahead in each respective path. Both also felt setbacks in the show and in real life. We won’t spoil it for Gendry, but Ingram had some knee issues that caused him to miss a little bit of game action last season.
