For the 2020 college football season, the quarterback position is going to be a rather undecided group outside of the top two or three. Quarterbacks like Trevor Lawrence of the Clemson Tigers and Justin Fields of the Ohio State Buckeyes present a clear cut top two. And the rest of the returning quarterbacks get a bit more murky beyond that. Now, he’ll be finally looking to get the Longhorns to the realm of winning a Big 12 Championship and making the College Football Playoff.

However, there’s a number of other returning college quarterbacks that are worth mentioning that could take their teams to new heights. In the Big 12 alone, the quarterback production year-after-year elevates at least two or three players at the position to the realm of stardom. The Big 12 just has too many high-flying offenses year in and year out.
