That wide receiver that the Longhorns missed out on this weekend that they offered recently is four-star Mansfield Summit product Hal Presley.

The commitment of Presley dropped on his Twitter timeline on the afternoon of May 16. He announced that he would be taking his talents to join recently hired head coach Dave Aranda and the Baylor Bears over offers from more than two-dozen other schools.
