The last prospect on this list that could technically join Brown in the Longhorns 2020 recruiting class is three-star Faith Family Academy 6-foot-2 and 170 pound point guard Isaiah LeBlanc. Although LeBlanc doesn’t hold an actual scholarship offer from the Longhorns, he does have reported (247Sports) scout looks coming his way from Texas.

LeBlanc has also attended the Longhorns Basketball Team Camp before. There were points at which the Texas coaching staff had firm eyes on LeBlanc, but his stock on the recruiting trail steadily dropped over the course of the last two years. He does have some big time programs that were after him at various times in the last three or four years.

LeBlanc holds offers from the likes of the Houston Cougars and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. He also has scout looks from the likes of the Rice Owls, Oklahoma Sooners, Oklahoma State, and Texas.

Moreover, he ranks as the nation’s No. 345 2020 high school prospect, No. 56 point guard, and No. 18 prospect out of Texas (247Sports Composite).

A natural scorer and good shooter, LeBlanc could add a lot of value right off the bat in a second or third unit backcourt rotation role with the Longhorns. It’s hard to say how his scoring ability will translate to the major conference ranks in college hoops, but adding him as a second signing to the 2020 recruiting is a move worth all the risk.
