Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Defensive Tackle. Teammates with VY: 2009-2010. 2. Sen'Derrick Marks. player. 35

The former 6-foot-1 and 300 pound defensive line anchor out of the Auburn Tigers football program, Sen’Derrick Marks, was a really good lineman for nearly a decade in the NFL. Marks was the 62nd overall pick in the second round of the Titans in the 2009 NFL Draft. He would spend all of his career in the AFC South.

But Marks would split half his career with the Titans, and the other half with the divisional foe Jacksonville Jaguars. His run in the NFL ended at the age of 30, after the 2016 campaign with the Jaguars. But he was pretty productive for a late second round draft pick for two different teams, registering an approximate value rating of 30.

Marks got off to a decent start to his NFL career with the Titans. He was VY’s teammate for his first two years in the league, before the former Longhorn would land with the Eagles prior to the start of the 2011 season. Marks registered 66.0 combined tackles, 8.0 tackles for loss, 17 quarterback hits, three forced fumbles, and eight pass deflections during his four years with the Titans.

The NFL journey of Marks peaked in the early 2010’s when he started in at least 14 games in three straight seasons with the Titans and Jaguars. He actually registered a whopping 36 quarterback hits, 16.0 sacks, five fumble recoveries, and 30.0 tackles for loss during his final four years in the league with the Jaguars.
