1) Early elite 2023 Texas football recruits

About the most promising quarterback prospect for this entire recruiting cycle, as it appears now, is the elite 6-foot-4 and 200 pound Isidore Newman five-star pro-style signal caller Arch Manning. Yet another member of the esteemed Manning family has nearly arrived on the college football/NFL scene.

Texas is trying to jostle with a number of other blue blood college football programs to get among the front runners to land a commitment from Manning, whenever he is to announce that decision. Manning is not only the most coveted quarterback prospect at this point in time, but one of the most prized recruits overall among all the position groups.

Sark and the Longhorns are now one of just nine programs to send Manning a scholarship offer as of the evening of March 8. Some of the other highlighting schools on his offer sheet includes the Crimson Tide, Georgia, Duke Blue Devils, LSU, North Carolina Tar Heels, Ole Miss Rebels, and Tennessee.

Moreover, the Top247 currently ranks Manning as the nation’s No. 5 2023 high school prospect, and the top overall pro-style quarterback and prospect out of Louisiana.

This extremely highly coveted product hailing out of New Orleans, LA, is already making waves around the college football landscape. He’s got a big arm, an underrated amount of elusiveness outside of the pocket, and laser quick reads. In two seasons playing for Isidore Newman High School in his career thus far, Manning has registered more than 4,300 passing yards, 55 passing touchdowns, and just 13 interceptions.

Good news for Texas is that apparently they are keeping in consistent contact at this point in the eyes of Manning.
