Out of the three prospects on this list that Sark and the Longhorns appear to be after to some degree this summer that is the least likely to flip his commitment, four-star Buford athlete Isaiah Bond appears to be it. The 6-foot and 175-pound Georgia native that predominantly plays at wide receiver, Bond is looking like he will stick to a school in Florida.

The two schools that Bond visited that he is not currently committed to are the Alabama Crimson Tide and Miami Hurricanes. But he still has his commitment with head coach Dan Mullen and the Florida Gators as of the night of June 24. Bond is a prospect that likely should’ve been on the Longhorns’ radar before visit season came back around this month, though.

It might be too little too late for Texas to try and pry the commitment of Bond away from the Gators 2022 class. Texas could definitely use a prospect like the ultra-elusive and versatile Bond in their 2022 class, but making that a reality is now looking especially difficult.

Texas, Florida, Miami, and Alabama, are five of the 25 schools on Bond’s offer sheet. Some of the other notable schools on his offer sheet are the Georgia Bulldogs, Michigan Wolverines, Nebraska Cornhuskers, and the Wisconsin Badgers.

Bond ranks as the nation’s No. 340 2022 high school prospect, No. 22 athlete, and No. 31 prospect out of Georgia (247Sports Composite). And the Top247 ranks him as the nation’s No. 237 high school prospect, No. 14 athlete, and No. 23 prospect out of Georgia.

Keeping in contact with Bond might not be the worst move since it appears that he is still considering a lot of his options. But Texas would surely be fighting an uphill battle to even flip the commitment of Bond over competing schools like Miami and Alabama.
