Among the top targets along the offensive line to watch at this point of the recruiting cycle for the Longhorns 2023 class is the skilled four-star 6-foot-7 and 280-pound Arlington-Lamar offensive tackle Isaiah Robinson. Texas has recruited really well along the offensive line since the days leading up to the Early Signing Period last month in the 2022 class.

And if the Longhorns can parlay that momentum into more success on the recruiting trail and on the field this year, then it could obviously play really well with key blue-chip targets of the 2023 class such as Robinson. Texas did look to make a very positive impression on Robinson while he was on campus during the weekend for the Junior Day festivities.

Robinson reportedly was very happy with the way that the visit went over the weekend. Offensive line coach/offensive coordinator Kyle Flood and the Longhorns made Robinson one of their top priorities for a good while now. And that made Robinson one of the more recognizable names on campus among the targets of the Longhorns 2023 class during the weekend.

Robinson is often active on social media as it pertains to any relation to the Longhorns. That, among other factors, is a good indication that Texas sits in a really good spot with Robinson right now. It is similar to the case with the Longhorns and Porter. But I do think the Longhorns have more work to do to establish themselves as a de facto top school with Robinson compared with Porter.
