On Feb. 2, Texas football wrapped up the 2022 recruiting cycle on National Signing Day with a bang. Second-year head coach Steve Sarkisian and offensive line coach/offensive coordinator Kyle Flood landed a commitment from the elite five-star Bowie interior offensive lineman Devon Campbell.

With National Signing Day 2022 now in the books, it’s time for Sark and the Longhorns staff to turn their attention to the 2023 class. That is really the case since the activity was so silent on the recruiting trail of late for the Longhorns. While a looming dead period can cause this type of impact on the recruiting trail late in the winter months, it would still be good to see more signs of life once it lets up in early spring.

Nonetheless, there are still some important offers that Texas sent out to targets of their 2023 class since late last month. These offers are worth paying attention to since it still looks like the Texas coaching staff is busy at work building out their big board for this recruiting cycle.
