A recruit that will have a ton of attention on him during his official visit to Austin this weekend is the Longview High School product and talented four-star wideout Hale.

Following an official visit to Tuscaloosa last weekend to watch Alabama dominate the Utah State Aggies 55-0, Hale will be taking his second OV of three on the books for him this month. The third of the three official visits that Hale has on the books for this month will come next weekend with the Texas A&M Aggies, specifically set for Sep. 17.

There are now two areas of concern for the Longhorns in the race to land a commitment from Hale. The first is the momentum that Alabama currently holds with Hale and his camp. Most accounts indicate that the official visit Hale took to Tuscaloosa last weekend to see Alabama went really well. In fact, it now sounds like what was once a lead for Texas in this recruitment could now be a coin flip between the Longhorns and the Tide.

The other source of concern for the Longhorns in this recruitment looks to be Texas A&M re-emerging among the top schools for Hale. Roughly one month ago, Hale had a top three that included Texas, Alabama, and Georgia.

But now with his official visit to College Station to see Texas A&M next weekend being the final trip on his schedule, Texas has to worry about the Aggies getting the final word in this recruitment before the Sep. 21 decision date for Hale.

It goes without saying that this official visit with Hale this weekend is a spot where Texas must make a big impression to take the lead in this recruitment again before his decision day in a couple of weeks.
