Texas football vs. Baylor: Opening odds for Week 13
With Week 12 now in the books for head coach Steve Sarkisian and Texas football, it looks like this team has some real momentum as they wrap up the regular season on Black Friday. Texas will host the Baylor Bears in Austin on Black Friday to round out the regular season slate.
Sark and the Longhorns found momentum down the stretch for the regular season thanks to a huge 55-14 win on the road on Nov. 19 over the Kansas Jayhawks. Texas got the dominant win over Kansas in Week 12 thanks to a career day from star junior running back Bijan Robinson.
In this win over Kansas, Bijan exploded for a career-high 243 rushing yards, 9.7 yards per carry, and a whopping four rushing scores (also a career-high).
The win over Kansas moves Texas’ record on the season to 7-4 (5-3 Big 12).
Meanwhile, Baylor comes into the regular season finale with a record of 6-5 (4-4 Big 12) following a backbreaking last-second loss to the in-state rival TCU Horned Frogs at home at McLane Stadium in Waco on Nov. 19 by the final score of 29-28. Baylor has lost two games in a row heading into this matchup against Texas.
Here’s a look at the opening betting odds for the regular season finale on Black Friday (Nov. 25) as Texas hosts Baylor at home at Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin, with the kickoff time set for 11 a.m. CT.
