Potentially the most anticipated decision that is being announced at the All-American Bowl is the elite five-star 2024 St. John Bosco (CA) safety Peyton Woodyard. Texas got involved late in the race to land a commitment from Woodyard.

Sark and safeties coach Blake Gideon just kept plugging away in the recruitment of Woodyard behind the scenes to the point where Texas was the school that had a lot of momentum earlier this week.

Yet, I don’t know if Texas getting this late momentum was enough to move the needle in the fashion needed to get Woodyard in the Longhorns 2024 class when it’s all said and done this weekend.
