Next up for Texas baseball on the regular season slate is a three-game weekend series on the road against the Cal State Fullerton Titans, starting on March 3. Texas and head coach David Pierce will be looking to get back to a mark of .500 on the regular season if it can win the first couple of games this weekend against Cal State Fullerton.

Pierce and the Longhorns come into this game with a record of 3-5 (0-0 Big 12) following a tough late-inning 3-0 loss to the No. 1 ranked LSU Tigers at home at UFCU Disch-Falk Field in Austin on Feb. 28. That was the second loss in a row for the Longhorns after suffering its first and only loss in last weekend’s three-game series against the Indiana Hoosiers on Feb. 26.

Meanwhile, Cal State Fullerton comes into this game with a record of 2-4 (0-0 Big West) following a doubleheader loss to the Michigan Wolverines at home on Feb. 26. Cal State Fullerton was supposed to have one more game against Michigan earlier in the week, but both were canceled due to reported field conditions and rain issues.

Here’s a look at the TV/streaming information and game time as Texas gets set to face Cal State  Fullerton on the road at Goodwin Field to open up a three-game weekend series on March 3.
