A really interesting unofficial visitor in the 2025 class that will be visiting the Forty Acres this weekend is the highly touted four-star Lewisville (TX) offensive tackle Michael Fasusi. The 6-foot-5 and 290-pound rising junior offensive tackle is emerging as one of the top in-state offensive line recruits in the 2025 class.

It’s worth noting that Fasusi is reportedly the top offensive tackle priority for offensive line coach/offensive coordinator Kyle Flood and the Longhorns in the 2025 class this spring. Texas likes his larger frame, quick feet, and long arms.

In terms of both physical upside and fundamental technique, Fasusi is one of the most impressive in-state offensive tackle recruits in the 2025 class. His physical tools just scream NFL upside when watching his high school tape and some camp/combine footage.

To put it simply, Fasusi looks the part of the ideal Flood mold among offensive tackle recruits. He’s got the long arms and ability to move bodies off the line of scrimmage, which checks two of the most important boxes for Flood in the evaluation process with Fasusi.

Thus, it goes without saying that Fasusi’s trip to Austin this weekend is a big one. This will be the first time that he visits Austin since he was first offered by Texas on Feb. 1, 2023. Fasusi has already visited the Oklahoma Sooners and Texas A&M Aggies multiple times in 2023.

He’s formed good relationships with both coaching staffs, especially with Oklahoma offensive line coach Bill Bedenbaugh.
