The winner-take-all Game 3 of the Stanford Super Regional between Texas baseball and the No. 8 Stanford Cardinal will take place on June 12. Texas and head coach David Pierce will look to advance to the College World Series for the third year in a row if it can bounce back with a win over Stanford early this week at the Sunken Diamond.

Pierce and the Longhorns fell short of the Cardinal in Game 2 of the Stanford Super Regional to cap the weekend on the night of June 11. Stanford rode a solid complete-game performance from left-hander Quinn Matthews, in which he allowed just three earned runs and struck out a whopping 16 Texas batters, to an 8-3 win on June 11.

Texas and Stanford have now each won one game, respectively, in the Stanford Super Regional thus far. Texas took Game 1 thanks to a five-run outburst in the top of the ninth inning on June 10, by a score of 7-5.

Here’s a look at the TV/streaming information and betting odds as Texas gets set to face No. 8 Stanford in the finale Stanford Super Regional in Game 3 on June 12, with the first pitch time set for 7 p.m. CT.
