Parker Livingstone, WR

Decision date: July 1

Another priority target for the Longhorns in the 2024 class that is announcing on July 1 is the four-star Lucas (TX) Lovejoy wide receiver, Parker Livingstone. The sizable 6-foot-4 and 175-pound boundary receiver out of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex decides between Texas and the South Carolina Gamecocks on July 1.

This is another recruitment where the Longhorns look to hold the pole position heading into decision day.

Livingstone had a fantastic official visit experience on the Forty Acres last weekend, which looked to seal the deal for the Longhorns with the blue-chip wideout out of DFW. South Carolina did make a valiant late push in this recruitment in the last couple of months.

But it looks like South Carolina’s push was too little too late as Livingstone is firmly trending to the Longhorns heading into his commitment weekend.

All major recruiting services unanimously project Livingstone’s commitment to Texas. That includes four 247Sports Crystal Ball Predictions entered in the last few months with good confidence levels, all projecting Livingstone to pledge to the Longhorns.

I feel great about where Texas stands with Livingstone roughly 48 hours ahead of his decision date. He’s on track to be the second wide receiver recruit to commit to the Longhorns 2024 class after four-star Spring Branch (TX) Smithson Valley product Freddie Dubose Jr. became the first to do it during his official visit two weekends ago.
