3 elite 2025 recruits Texas can land in November
In a couple of months, Texas football recruiting will close the book on the 2025 cycle with the start of the Early Signing Period on Dec. 4. Numbers-wise, Texas and head coach Steve Sarkisian could take a larger class for the 2025 cycle entering signing day in roughly five or six weeks.

A fourth straight top-five ranked class in the nation for the 2025 cycle in the 247Sports Composite is within reach for Sarkisian and the Longhorns staff this fall before signing day in early December.
Considering we're only a couple of months out from signing day in early December, the Longhorns still have a pretty expansive big board for top uncommitted recruits and flip targets from other P4 schools in the 2025 class this fall on the trail.
Texas is targeting top blue-chip recruits in the 2025 class to round out this cycle on each side of the ball, specifically looking at position groups like defensive line, offensive line, and defensive back.
Here are three elite recruits in the 2025 class the Longhorns could get commitments from during the month of November on the trail.
Michael Terry III, ATH
The Nebraska Cornhuskers have made things interesting with the No. 1 athlete recruit in the nation in the 2025 class in the 247Sports Composite and On3 Industry Ranking late this fall on the recruiting trail. Five-star San Antonio (TX) Alamo Heights athlete Michael Terry III is arguably the Longhorns' top uncommitted priority recruit in the 2025 class before signing day in December.
While it sounds like the Longhorns still hold the pole position in this recruitment as of late October on the trail, Nebraska continues to stick around in second place. Terry has visited Nebraska once unofficially for a gameday trip in early September.
But from what we've heard from this recruitment over the past few months this fall, no school has impressed Terry more consistently on gameday visits than the Longhorns.
