In Texas's 20-10 win on the road over rival Arkansas last week, sophomore wide receiver DeAndre Moore Jr. suffered a foot injury in the first half. On the Thursday injury report update for the Longhorns for the Kentucky game, Moore is listed with a status of "questionable".

Moore only took five offensive snaps against Arkansas on Nov. 16 before he was sidelined for the rest of the game due to the foot injury. His only target and reception against Arkansas last week went for -8 yards.

There is the possibility that the Longhorns are cautious with Moore's injury situation for the Kentucky game to make sure he's as healthy as possible for the rivalry game in College Station next weekend against the Texas A&M Aggies.

Moore and junior running back Jaydon Blue both suffered various injuries on Texas's offense in the win over Arkansas in Week 12. Blue suffered an upper-body injury in the win over the Razorbacks, but he hasn't shown up on this week's injury report.

Not only has Moore been Texas's most consistent blocker at the receiver position this fall, but he's also emerged as a consistent top option in the passing game for Quinn Ewers out of the slot in SEC play. Moore is Texas's highest graded run-blocking wide receiver this season (per PFF).

In SEC play, Moore is one of three Texas receivers with over 200 receiving yards and multiple touchdown catches. He's registered 16 catches for 240 receiving yards, and four touchdown catches in conference play.
