Last week, the early enrollees from Texas football's No. 1 ranked 2025 recruiting class in the nation in the 247Sports Composite and On3 Industry Ranking moved in on campus before the start of winter workouts and spring ball in a couple of months.
Which 2025 early signees and winter-term enrollees will make the biggest impact on Texas football's program immediately?
Roster management and player development for the NFL have been major successes so far for head coach Steve Sarkisian and the Longhorns over the past few years. Texas has recruited and developed successfully at key positions on both sides of the ball over the last four years. And this incoming 2025 signing class has a huge chance to add to have some major contributors arise and impact the program right away next fall in the SEC.
A handful of the early signees for the Longhorns from the 2025 class enrollees early and participated in postseason practice and preparation for the College Football Playoff last month. But the bulk of Texas's 2025 signing class among the early enrollees arrived on campus for move-in day this past Monday.
Most of Texas's early signees from the 2025 recruiting class are early enrollees who will get to compete in spring ball for the Longhorns. Out of the 25 commitments in Texas's 2025 class, 22 of them enrolled early this semester on campus.
