Kaydon Finley, WR

The highly touted four-star Aledo (TX) wide receiver Kaydon Finley is expected to be making his first return trip to the Forty Acres this weekend for the Junior Day festivities on campus since he visited for a gameday last fall.

The Texas legacy is considered to be one of the top in-state wide receiver targets for Chris Jackson and the Longhorns in the 2026 class early this offseason.

This could be a big wide receiver class for the Longhorns after Texas signed three wideouts for the 2025 class. Finley is one of the blue-chip wideout recruits for the 2026 class who has Texas near the top of his list early in the cycle.

The Texas A&M Aggies, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, SMU Mustangs, and Ole Miss Rebels are also heavily involved in this recruitment for Finley.

Felix Ojo, OT

High-four-star Mansfield (TX) Lake Ridge offensive tackle Felix Ojo is one of Texas's top in-state offensive line priorities in the 2026 class early this offseason. Kyle Flood and the Longhorns will be paying plenty of attention to the visit that Ojo is taking this weekend, since he is being made a major priority on the trail by this coaching staff.

On Texas Football reported on Jan. 24 that the elite five-star Fort Worth (TX) North Crowley offensive tackle John Turntine III will not be attending Junior Day this weekend.

Texas has really made sure that Ojo knows he is a key priority for them in the 2026 class along the offensive line. I expect Flood and the Longhorns to continue to roll out the red carpet and give Ojo the priority treatment during the Junior Day trip this weekend.
