Texas continues to battle the Oregon Ducks and Nebraska Cornhuskers in the race to land the commitment from the No. 1 athlete recruit in the nation in the 2025 class in the 247Sports Composite and On3 Industry Ranking.

Five-star San Antonio (TX) Alamo Heights athlete Michael Terry III is taking his second gameday trip unofficially to see Texas at DKR this fall for the Georgia game this weekend. On3's Steve Wiltfong confirms that Terry is making the return trip to Texas this weekend for the first time since his unofficial visit for Week 3 against the UTSA Roadrunners under the lights at DKR.

The trip for the Georgia game on Oct. 19 is the final visit that Terry has scheduled for this fall. He's also taken one unofficial gameday visit to Lincoln to see the Nebraska Cornhuskers in early September.

Terry was originally scheduled to visit Eugene last weekend unofficially to see the Ducks face the Ohio State Buckeyes in a critical Big Ten game at Autzen Stadium. But it doesn't sound like Terry made it up to Eugene last weekend for that visit to Oregon.

There still isn't a decision timeline that Terry has made public this fall, beyond saying that he's planning to announce by December on signing day in a couple of months. But a convincing win over Georgia at home this weekend under the lights in primetime at DKR would do nothing but help the Longhorns' case in this recruitment for Terry.
