Sean Miller and the Texas Longhorns got their fourth top 25 win yesterday on the back of an extremely impressive second-half explosion on offense.

After an incredibly dull performance by the Longhorns in the first half of the game, coach Miller had to try and rally the troops in an attempt to light a fire under his players.

"You can fold now if you want to but we have a long season. If you have some dog in you, then you'll come out and fight.”

Sean Miller always knows what to say in order to get his guys going, and yesterday's game was no different. He's routinely known to be a great leader, communicator, and motivator, and quotes like this have always come out when his teams have encountered different types of adversity.

He called halftime of the Georgia game "a moment of truth" as he knew that Texas didn't perform up to par in the first half.

“I knew we were a better team than we played in the first half.”

Needless to say, what Miller said resonated with his team as the Longhorns took the court and outscored Georgia 57 to 30 in the second half.

Dailyn Swain, Tramon Mark, and Matas Vokietaitis ended up combining for 63 points, 20 rebounds, and 6 steals on the night. The trio completely took over the game in the third quarter and were obviously an enormous part of the offensive surge down the stretch.

Swain followed Sean Miller from Xavier to Texas in 2025, and he's been an incredibly vital piece to the puzzle for the Longhorns so far this season. He's currently averaging 16.9 PPG, 7.1 RPG, 3.3 APG, 1.9 SPG and consistently comes up big when his team needs him the most.

Texas hopes to carry the momentum from Saturday's win over to Wednesday when Texas heads down to Auburn to face the Tigers at Neville Arena.
