Texas' "new" starting quarterback stopped to take a memorable photo while at SEC Media Days, and it's sparked a lot of buzz over the past few days.

For those who don't know, Archie Manning, Arch's grandfather, was a legendary quarterback at Ole Miss from 1968-1970. Archie was a multi-time All-American and All-Conference player for the Rebels and then went on to be drafted in the first round of the 1971 NFL Draft by the New Orleans Saints. He played for the Saints from 1971-1982, and then spent a total of 3 seasons playing for the Houston Oilers and Minnesota Vikings.

Needless to say, Archie was one of college football's all-time greats and was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame in 1989. He's the father of both NFL Hall of Famer Peyton Manning and 2x Super Bowl winner Eli Manning.

It's easy to see why stopping to take a photo with the patriarch of the Manning football family's jersey was so special for everyone involved. The "Manning" name is incredibly fabled in both college and professional football, and now Arch is the next man up to the plate.

Arch has the talent, mindset, and potential to be just as good if not better than his uncles and only time will tell if he's able to live up to the hype.
