On Tuesday morning's iteration of Get Up, the crew discussed and raved about Arch Manning and his overall skill set heading into the 2025 season.

When asked about Manning's expectations this season, Finebaum replied with:

"The absolute roof, I think there's a reasonably good chance that Arch Manning will be sitting in the front row in New York for the Heisman ceremony. That's assuming that his team does what it's supposed to do, and compete for not only the SEC but for the National Championship."

Finebaum has been high on Manning for a while now, saying something similar to this in February.

He goes on to explain that he believes Steve Sarkisian made a critical mistake late in the year by being too loyal to Quinn Ewers and not letting Manning lead the offense through the playoffs. He believes that Manning would have been able to beat Ohio State in the National Championship, and believes that the Longhorns can get back to that spot again.

Now that Ewers is officially out of the picture, Manning will have full control of the offense in 2025 and it's no secret that there is an insane amount of pressure on his shoulders. Texas has the talent and leadership on both sides of the ball to win the National Championship this year.
