Former Texas running back Bijan Robinson absolutely thrashed the Buffalo Bills on Monday night, totaling 238 yards, which included an 81-yard touchdown run. He's been having somewhat of a breakout year in Atlanta, especially as a pass-catcher, and that certainly didn't stop against the Bills' lackluster defense in week 6.
Very few running backs in the league can do what he can on a consistent basis, and he's proving it so far in 2025.
He's currently averaging a whopping 5.8 yards per carry on the season, which is good for 1st in the NFL as it currently stands. He's also:
- 3rd in the NFL in rushing yards (484 yards)
- 1st in longest rush (81 yards)
- 3rd in runs of 20+ yards (3)
- 2nd in rushing yards per game (96.8)

This was such an exciting and elite run by Robinson on Monday night. The way he was able to skip and accelerate through the hole without having to slow down was crazy. Once he saw the hole developing behind the center's block, he immediately blasted through and was able to clear the 2nd level with ease thanks to the wide receiver's downfield block.
Once Robinson is at hip-level or parallel with defensive backs, it's very hard for them to catch him due to his incredible straight-line speed despite being almost 220 pounds.
He's already one of the best ball-carriers in the league, and his athleticism at the position is second to none. The way that he can contort and squeeze himself through tiny holes on interior runs is incredible to see. His above average vision and processing skills allows him to anticipate where different holes and cutback lanes are going to be on zone plays as well.
Longhorn Nation is flying high alongside Robinson this week after Texas was able to defeat Oklahoma in the Red River Rivalry as well.
