Despite putting the pads on and practicing this week, Arch Manning has officially been labeled as a "game-time decision" heading into week 10 for Texas due to his concussion status.
It was honestly pretty odd that he began practicing so quickly, as it's fairly normal for a team to let the player rest for a day or two before even beginning RTP (return to play) protocol. Due to how quickly he was able to return to practice, it feels like he didn't actually have a concussion to be 100% honest.

Manning was also apparently driving this week, so despite not "sounding" like concussion, it's possible that it's a very slight one but Steve Sarkisian and Co. are undoubtedly treading lightly with their star quarterback. If Arch isn't able to go, which he probably shouldn't, it would be Matthew Caldwell at the helm for Texas.
Sark feels very confident that Caldwell has the ability to go out there and maneuver the offense effectively against the Commodores tomorrow.
