The long-awaited Madden ratings and rankings for the members of Texas football's 2025 NFL Draft class, along with two of their undrafted free agent signings, were officially released. A total of 14 Longhorn rookies are in the game, and it officially releases on August 14th with early access on the 11th.
Here are the 14 Texas rookies in order of highest to lowest overall rating:
Denver Broncos CB Jahdae Barron - 78 Ovr.
New Orleans Saints OT Kelvin Banks Jr. - 76 Ovr.
Green Bay Packers WR Matthew Golden - 76 Ovr.
San Francisco 49ers DT Alfred Collins - 75 Ovr.
Philadelphia Eagles S Andrew Mukuba - 72 Ovr.
Dallas Cowboys RB Jaydon Blue - 72 Ovr.
Green Bay Packers DE Barryn Sorrell - 70 Ovr.
New Orleans Saints DT Vernon Broughton - 69 Ovr.
Tennessee Titans TE Gunnar Helm - 67 Ovr.
Philadelphia Eagles OT Cameron Williams - 66 Ovr.
Arizona Cardinals OG Hayden Conner - 65 Ovr.
Miami Dolphina QB Quinn Ewers - 63 Ovr.
Minnesota Vikings WR Silas Bolden - 63 Ovr.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers C Jake Majors - 59 Ovr.
Half of the players on the list are rated 70 overall or higher, which is very good for a rookie class as large as Texas' is in 2025. Though most of the ratings seem to be pretty accurate, I would've thought that Quinn Ewers and Jake Majors' overall numbers would be slightly higher.
