Jaime Ffrench, WR (Texas commit)

The elite five-star Texas commit and Jacksonville (FL) Mandarin wide receiver Jaime Ffrench was active and engaged on social media throughout Texas's convincing win over Michigan this weekend.

Ffrench reacted to the Texas win over Michigan on social media, by posting the Horns Up hand sign emoji on his Instagram story after the game ended on Saturday.

He also said that he loved "the way the offense came out explosive and the way they were able to hold its course" to cruise to a double-digit victory over the defending champs on the road. Ffrench is very excited about the direction that the Texas offense is headed under Sarkisian.

Jamarion Carlton, EDGE

One of Texas's top edge rusher recruits in the 2026 class in-state is the highly touted Temple (TX) four-star Jamarion Carlton. The No. 5 edge rusher recruit in the nation in the 2026 class in the 247Sports Composite and On3 Industry Ranking was intently watching Texas handle Michigan on Saturday at the Big House.

Carlton said after the win that Texas "went down there on a mission" to beat Michigan, and that the performance from the Longhorns' defense was "crazy" on Saturday.

Aaron Gregory, WR

Very few recruits were as on point with their score predictions for the Texas-Michigan game this weekend than the elite high-four-star Douglasville (GA) Douglas County wide receiver Aaron Gregory. The No. 4 wide receiver recruit in the nation in the 2026 class in the On3 Industry Ranking called it that Texas would win the game by multiple scores, with the offense having a huge day on the field.

Gregory said that the "outcome was expected" for Texas's big win over the Wolverines this weekend. He also mentioned that he is excited "to visit Austin soon".
