3 players Texas needs to target in the transfer portal

Texas Women's Basketball had a record-breaking season, which unfortunately ended in the Elite Eight against North Carolina State. With some key players like Shaylee Gonzales and DeYona Gatson leaving Texas, the Longhorns need to fill in those spots with players from the transfer portal.
The Longhorns will need veterans to navigate the toughness of SEC Women's Basketball in the fall. Here are three players that the Longhorns need to sign from the transfer portal this summer.
Texas Women's Basketball Transfer Portal: 3. Sophomore forward Raegan Beers
She is the most significant Oregon State Beaver to hit the transfer portal in some time. She averaged a double-double with the Beavers last season. She's a perfect replacement for Senior forward DeYona Gatson, who recently entered the transfer portal.
Beers would be perfect off the bench when Senior forward Taylor Jones needs a break during the game. With how competitive the SEC Conference is for women's basketball, Beers would be a perfect addition to the Longhorns Roster.
Texas Women's Basketball Transfer Portal: 2. Senior guard Haley Van Lith
Van Lith entered the transfer portal to find a team that allowed her to play the point guard position. She would be a perfect addition to replace Shaylee Gonzales, who declared for the WNBA Draft. She would help out from beyond the arc with her three-point shooting.
I think Texas Women's Basketball Head Coach Vic Schaefer and Senior guard Rori Harmon could get her back to the point guard she is. It wouldn't hurt to pick her up just in case Harmon has a setback with her ACL again.
Texas Women's Basketball Transfer Portal: 1. Junior guard Laila Phelia
If the Longhorns are looking for another experienced guard in the portal, look no further than Phelia. She played for the Michigan Wolverines last season and averaged 17 points a game. If Van Lith commits to Mississippi State, Schaefer will probably turn his resources toward her.
Her Big Ten experience should help out the Longhorns as they become official SEC Members on July 1st. She could help form a big three with Harmon and Sophomore forward Madison Booker.
