Michael Fasusi, OT

Five-star Lewisville (TX) offensive tackle Michael Fasusi is not only the highest rated official visitor scheduled to be on campus at Texas this weekend, but he's also the top priority. Kyle Flood, Sarkisian, and the Longhorns are looking to seal the deal with Fasusi if they hit a home run during his official visit this weekend.

The No. 3 offensive tackle recruit in the nation in the 2025 class in the 247Sports Composite should be considered one of the "must-win" recruitments on the offensive side of the ball for Sarkisian and staff for this cycle.

Flood has done an insanely good job of landing top offensive tackle talents around the country for the last few cycles. After he got commitments from some of the top-rated offensive tackle recruits in the nation in the last few classes, with guys like California five-star Brandon Baker and Texas five-star Kelvin Banks Jr., Flood is looking to do the same with Fasusi's recruitment.

Texas A&M and the Oklahoma Sooners are considered the main competition for Texas in this recruitment. The Aggies looked to be Texas's biggest challenger in the race to land a commitment from Fasusi entering summer official visits.

But longtime Oklahoma offensive line coach Bill Bedenbaugh knocked it out of the park with with Fasusi during his official visit to Norman last weekend. The Sooners are probably the biggest threat to Texas in Fasusi's recruitment entering his final official visit of the summer on June 21.

This is yet another situation where getting the final official visit is a really big deal for Texas in a key recruitment for the 2025 class.
