Despite not sharing a conference, since the Crimson Tide upset the Longhorns in the 2009 National Championship game (where they hurt the Horns' beloved quarterback Colt McCoy), Texas and Alabama have been at each others' throats.

Texas defeated the Tide at home in the two teams' most recent matchup but, man, would it be sweet for them to no longer rule the SEC.
