No. 1 2025 ATH sets visit for Texas football spring game
Texas football added another elite recruit from the 2025 class to the visitor list for the spring game on April 20, high-four-star San Antonio (TX) Alamo Heights athlete Michael Terry III. Hank South of Horns247 reported on March 5 that Terry will unofficially visit Texas on April 20 for the Orange-White spring football game.

This will be Terry's first return visit to Texas since he visited Austin for the first big Junior Day of the offseason on Jan. 20. Texas offered Terry during his Junior Day visit a couple of months ago.
"It was one of the schools I had been waiting for and I just can’t wait to see where it goes."
Texas made a big impression on Terry during his Junior Day visit. He liked the vibe from the coaches and the atmosphere on campus, saying that the coaching staff "is incredible" after his Junior Day visit on Jan. 20.
Official visits to Nebraska and Texas on deck this summer
Along with scheduling the spring game unofficial visit to Texas, Terry also reportedly is looking at taking official visits to see the Longhorns and the Nebraska Cornhuskers. He will officially visit Nebraska the weekend after his unofficial trip to Austin for the spring game on April 20.
The official visit date for Terry to see Texas is still in the process of getting scheduled.
A few of the other programs who have made an impression on the No. 1 athlete recruit in the nation in the 2025 class in the 247Sports Composite and On3 Industry Ranking are the TCU Horned Frogs, Oregon Ducks, and Texas A&M Aggies. Official visits to all of those schools are also a possibility for Terry this summer.
Texas likely recruiting Terry at WR
Wide receivers coach Chris Jackson is spearheading the charge for the Longhorns in this recruitment. While head coach Steve Sarkisian extended the offer to at Junior Day on Jan. 20, Terry keeps in contact with both him and Jackson.
Given that Jackson is one of the lead recruiters for Texas in pursuit of Terry on the trail, wide receiver is the most likely fit for him in the Longhorns 2025 class.
The 6-foot-3 and 210-pound San Antonio native Terry plays multiple positions on both sides of the ball for Alamo Heights High School, including wildcat quarterback, receiver, linebacker, and defensive back.
His positional versatility and big frame make him an interesting fit at the boundary spot in Sarkisian's offense.
