Another transfer guard, you'll notice it's a trend in this conference, is Jamarii Thomas who joined the Gamecocks' roster by way of Norfolk State.
In his one year with the Spartans, Thomas averaged an astonishing 16.9 points per game but only 3.8 rebounds and 3.8 assists per appearance.
While his scoring abilities are among those of the elite guards in the country, he isn't quite up to par when it comes to running an offense and handling the ball as a team player or leader.
