Following four consecutive appearances in the NCAA Tournament, the Texas Longhorns are finally joining the SEC.

One issue for Rodney Terry's squad is the loss of six players to the portal including stars Tyrese Hunter, Dillon Mitchell, and Chris Johnson.

Terry was able to bring in five players from the portal including four-star point guard Jordan Pope from Oregon State and four-star shooting guard Tramon Mark from Arkansas.

While Texas may not be at the very top of the SEC rankings, the Horns should have a great first season in the conference.
