The Gamecocks were knocked out early in the NCAA Tournament by a hungry Oregon team that was on the hunt for a Cinderella run.

Lamont Paris only lost two players to the transfer portal this offseason and was able to recruit three additional talents to his roster.

Meechie Johnson from Ohio State and Jordan Butler from Missouri should make fantastic additions to South Carolina's backcourt.

The Gamecocks will have yet another good season and could pose a problem for the Horns as they enter the SEC.
