SEC basketball way-too-early power rankings for 2024-25: Where do Horns stand?

Coming off of an impressive 2023-24 season, including a deep run in the SEC Tournament, the Florida Gators are primed to have another successful year.

Head coach Todd Golden has been able to rebuild the Florida program into a consistently successful team and that bodes well for the Gators in the 2024-25 season.

While there were a lot of losses for Florida in the portal this year, Golden was able to bring in three new players to his squad.

Texas may be able to upset Florida at home but will struggle against the Gators on the road.
