D'antre Robinson, DL

The highest-rated defensive line signee for the Longhorns in the 2024 class in the 247Sports Composite and On3 Industry Ranking, Orlando (FL) Jones four-star D'antre Robinson, is still vastly underrated by some of the major recruiting services.

Despite having the required size and athleticism to excel in the Power Five and getting interest from top blue blood programs, such as the Florida Gators, Georgia Bulldogs, and Ohio State Buckeyes, among many others, Robinson is still rated as a three-star prospect by Rivals, Top247, and ESPN.

The fact that Florida made Robinson's recruitment a top priority through the finish line on signing day tells everything you need to know about his skill set and impact potential at the collegiate level.

Robinson is a productive and disruptive 6-foot-4 and 315-pound defensive tackle who fits the mould of the powerful "big humans" DL coach Bo Davis and the Longhorns want in the trenches on this side of the ball. He is agile with quick feet for a 315-pound defensive tackle.

The combination of power and agility Robinson brings makes him a disruptive force as a run defender around the line of scrimmage and interior pass rusher.

Robinson has the physical upside to be a high-level multi-year starter in the trenches in the SEC. He is the type of defensive lineman Davis and the Longhorns need to compete at a high level heading into the SEC in 2024.
